With the launch of six new tablets and e-readers, Kindle Marketing wanted to create images as bold and fresh and relatable as their new (colorful) devices. To create images that both highlighted each device as well as the slice of life in which they are found in, it really came down to taking on a new approach to casting, doing extensive pre-production and location scouting, and creating specific character personas and scenarios so that our models and actors could really “live” inside each shot. I had the pleasure to work with an amazing creative team and to run a set where collaboration was welcomed and everyone’s specific gifts and skills were celebrated and encouraged.
